Hi everyone Micaela here, I am the Social Media/PR Manager at Vive MediSpa. I run all of the social media channels, reach out to clients and write many of the blog posts you may have read. Not to mention I love all things skincare, beauty and self care of course!! Here are a few of my favourite beauty products, skincare tips and self care practices.

Favourite Face Mask

For Hydration: Summer Friday’s Jet Lag Face

I use this mask every night as a moisturizer. It is the perfect mask if you want to wake up with dewy and hydrated skin (who doesn’t) !!

For Detoxification: Mario Badescu’s Super Collagen Mask

I love using this mask when my skin is feeling dry and is need of a little lift. It instantly brightens my complexion while healing any imprefections my skin may have.

Beauty Tip- Caster Oil

This may sound odd but I use caster oil to naturally grow my eye lashes. Each night I rub a pea size drop of caster oil on my lashes and within a week you can tell such a difference in the length of your lashes. DIY lash extensions - yes please!!

Skin Care Must Have- Garnier Mircellar Water

I recommend this makeup remover to everyone!! It is gentle yet effective in removing make-up and cleansing skin your skin. I have had significantly less breakouts since adding this to my routine.

Favourite Lip Colour- Mac Velvet Teddy

Here at Vive we are all about that pout so of course I have a favourite kind of lip colour and brand. I swear by Mac Matte Lipstick in the colour Velvet Teddy, it’s the perfect nude shade for any occasion.

Self Care You Can’t Live Without -Morning Stretches + Journaling

Life can get so busy that it is important to take a little bit of time out of each day for some self care. For me it is in the form of stretching for 10 minutes each morning then writing in my journal. I find by writing out goals, and things I am grateful for, it sets a positive tone for my day ahead.
